Within the international meat processing industry Jentjens makes clear that automated packaging of various kinds of meats will be possible. The development, manufacturing, programming and installation of a complete high-care department (singulating of products, storaging, transporting and, full automatic, packaging) is one of the skills of Jentjens.

Preventive maintenance
July 2012

10 Years ago the world’s first industrial robot was used for the cutting and stabbing of pot roses. This robot was designed and built in Veghel. Thanks to the annual, planned preventive maintenance, performed by Jentjens, the users succeed in producing and planting an average of 4.000 cuttings per hour.

Currently at 2 customers, after 30.000 service hours, 8 robots will be replaced thereby the efficiency of the lines will increase with at least 10%.
