D-Stack – smart denesting with cassette changing system

D-Stack is a smart and easy-to-use solution for denesting trays and platters. The system operates independently of the bottom structure of the trays. Due to the unique cassette changing system, it can be used for all types trays and for all tray sizes.   All types, all sizes The standard D-Stack includes a large tray magazine, which holds about 300 trays and can be easily re-filled in no time. If the production switches to a different tray size, then the operator only has to attach a different cassette. This is done in a single operation, with no additional adjustments required: simply change the cassette, attach the single connector for power and compressed air, and you are done!   Easy The D-Stack is very compact and can easily be moved to a different position on the production line. It is made entirely of stainless steel and is designed so it can be cleaned easily.
