The LoadMax ingeniously combines vision technology, robotics, transport and tray handling. The system can recognise products that vary in shape and are supplied in random positions, and can then pick them up for sorting, grouping, additional production or packaging. Minimum give-away weight The LoadMax has another unique capability: when used with a weighing module, it can determine the weight of each product separately. The management system then combines products to achieve an optimal load factor and reduce 'give-away weight’ to an absolute minimum.
