Oriented Handling is a theoretical and practical approach to industrial solutions. Modular hardware and software are used to automate picking,
placing and positioning for a wide range of products.
However, with Smart Oriented Handling, we are taking an additional and revolutionary step. Integration of the most innovative developments
in the areas of 3-D vision technology, robotics, transportation, product handling and tray handling has led to an intelligent system that can move
products and components with ultimate precision from one position to another. And it can do so with very high repeatability and speed,
regardless of the shape of the product and the position in which it is transported. The robot looks, recognises, thinks and then moves the object.
Smart Oriented Handling is the fruit of 60 years of experience, expertise and know-how in our company.
We are therefore entitled to use the word 'smart', where this refers to three levels.

Conventional robots move standardised objects from and to fixed positions. But the robots in our systems look and think before they move the objects. As a result, we can also offer solutions for products that vary in size and shape. In fact, we specialise in handling such non-uniform products and/or products that are moved in random positions.
Smart in how we handle it

Jentjens is a system integrator. We combine robot technology, camera systems and transport systems to create a complete installation. If desired, we can combine these functions with weighing modules, infeed and outfeed systems and tray denesting systems. In this way we create a unique, total solution – with functions such as combining products according to target weight, sorting and packaging.
